I've been a personal trainer since I turned 18 — putting in thousands of session hours across some of the UK's most demanding facilities: David Lloyd, Virgin Active and Fitness First.
My background isn't only the gym floor. I've worked in strength and conditioning with elite-level footballers — where the margin between average and elite is the work nobody sees. That same standard is what every JDN client gets.
I specialise in body toning, muscle building, weight loss, nutrition and injury rehabilitation. But what I really care about is what training does to a person beyond the mirror — the discipline, the confidence, the version of yourself that gets built in the process.
